Operating Leases:


In many cases, our clients have come to realize that the ownership of equipment alone does not produce revenue and when faced with rising maintenance costs or just normal obsolescence, the Operating Lease can be the preferred alternative. In an Operating Lease structure we would typically own and depreciate the equipment, so you can expect to receive superior cash flow advantages, in the form of lower payments on your lease. At lease-end, you would have the options to purchase, re-lease or return the equipment to us for disposition.
